where: * \psi - the digamma function. * c_d=\frac{\pi^{\frac{d}{2}}}{\Gamma(1+\frac{d}{2})} * \Gamma - is the gamma function * \epsilon(i) is the distance to the i^{th} sample to its k^{th} neighbour.
